The UN should be an embargo on arms sales to all those countries whose governments use their military arsenals to invade or attack people from other countries. It 's a realistic proposal, which mediates between the absurdity of any war (and those who derive profit above) and the difficulty (and unwillingness) to eradicate such nonsense.
I believe that the man who is holding the body of this child is much more knowledgeable when it comes to war and many of those wars are decided.
