E' di nuovo un provvedimento normativo, a dare voce alla battaglia, dei diritti civili degli studenti e dei laureati in Ingegneria della modalità previgente il D.M. 509/99, intrapresa dal Movimento Nazionale DPR328 .
Il giorno 1 agosto 2009, il Senato ha convertito in legge il cosiddetto " decreto anticrisi ", ( decreto-legge 1 luglio 2009, n. 78, G.U. - serie generale - n. 150 del 1 luglio 2009, convertito con modifche nella legge del 3 agosto 2009, n. 102 on "Anti-crisis measures, as well as' extension of the time." Ho avuto l'occasione di assistere in diretta alla nascita di una semi bufala: parlo della vicenda delle irregolarità nel voto degli italiani in Repubblica Ceca, per l'elezione del Parlamento Europeo. Ne avevo già parlato qui e here.

Il Sig. Recchioni, si premura di correggere la stupidaggine dei dieci seggi. Il comunicato stampa ufficiale, riportava infatti:

Ad ora (10.22 del 14/6), la stupidaggine dei 10 seggi campeggi ancora in bella mostra nella presentazione del gruppo. Strani questi amministratori: velocissimo a fare le pulci alla mia matematica (sto ancora ridendo), ma lentissimi a correggere i LORO errori.
C'è questa cosa che io inizio a non sopportare: il virus dei contenuti su Facebook. Ogni tanto (e ormai molto spesso) inizi a vedere un filmato o un link postato da qualcuno su FB. Dopo poco ti accorgi che diversi altre persone lo postano. Di solito sono filmati accattivanti, link in materia politica. Oggi per esempio era la foto di Brunetta che dorme a una conferenza. L'hanno postata venti dei miei contacts.

Possible spiegazione
Il 103% di elettori era presente solo nella circoscrizione III (centro). Per le altre circoscrizioni c'erano percentuali bassissime (mentre scrivo questa pagina il ministero ha cancellato tutti i dati). Dite che i laziali e i toscani che vivono a Praga hanno più senso civico dei Veneti o del Lombardi, che invece disertano le urne? Magari - e qui azzardo un'ipotesi - hanno fatto un bel casino e hanno fatto votare gli elettori per la circoscrizione sbagliata: magari a un Lombardo o un siciliano hanno dato la scheda della circoscrizione Centro. Quindi ti trovi con più votanti che non aventi diritto al centro e meno al Nord Ovest o al Sud.
La politica
Ovviamente poi tutto si strumentalizza in senso politico. Così, invece di capire come funzionano le cose, e provare a pensare a una spiegazione, si cerca la teoria di complotto. Tutto fa brodo per fare battaglia politica, l'importante è essere imprecisi nel raccontare le storie. In quel gruppo FB infatti lo scopo non era capire come erano andate le cose, ma solo creare lo scandalo politico.
Se si voleva avere la verità, si facevano le verifiche tecniche presso le istutizioni competenti (e non presso l'ambasciata e il Viminale che non hanno alcuna competenza né dovere a rispondere).
Solo quando si appurava che l'errore nei dati ufficiali c'era, si gridava allo scandalo.
Mi rimane da segnalare questa chicca: sembra che la storia sia stata riferita a Massimo Donadi, capogruppo Italia dei Valori, che sta pensando a un'interrogazione . Aspetto ansioso di leggerla: visti i precedenti del suo capo , ci sarà di che sbellicarsi dalle risate.
