The reference is to the art. 8 CCNL 2006-2009

ART.8 - MEETINGS
1. Employees are entitled to participate during working hours, union gatherings, in suitable workplace agreed with the public employers' part, for No 10 hours per capita in each school year, without deduction of pay.

2. In each school and for each category of staff (ATA and teachers) can not be held more than two meetings a month.

3. The assemblies that affect the employees or groups of them may be convened on specific agenda: a.

8.
