DPR328: What '?

Despite having taken place several years after the reform of university studies, which sees the introduction of so-called New Order, we still talk about the famous DPR328, problems always delayed, but not completely resolved.
Early last academic year there were several hundred students of the Old Order still not approved in each of the faculties 'of Italian engineering, many of whom are working students, and therefore not' unlikely, given the lack of attendance at universities, which have lost sight of the problems regarding the exam.

Quando viene scritta la legge, si dimenticano tuttavia di precisare un dettaglio molto importante: chi sono i destinatari del provvedimento; il decreto convertito in legge vale cioe’ per tutti: laureati triennali e laureati quinquennali del vecchio e nuovo ordinamento.
Che il provvedimento valga anche per i laureati specialistici, e’ una cosa spiacevole che indubbiamente poteva essere evitata, ma dal punto di vista legale e’ inattaccabile: nuovo percorso di studi = nuove regole; che invece lo si affibbi anche ai laureati vecchio ordinamento rimasti, e’ tanto stupido quanto sbagliato: e’ stupido perche’ contraddice le ragioni stesse per cui tale decreto e’ nato, ed e’ sbagliato perche’ crea discriminazioni fra colleghi che hanno seguito lo stesso percorso di studi, ed una ingiustificata svalutazione del titolo da essi acquisito.
Il Movimento Nazionale DPR328

Gli studenti Vecchio Ordinamento di tutt’Italia si sono quindi mobilitati, ed e’ nato il Movimento Nazionale DPR328, formato da studenti di tutti gli atenei italiani, senza alcuna bandiera di partito a rappresentarli.
Cinque diverse petizioni promosse negli anni dal Movimento, unitamente alla sollecitazione delle principali forze politiche di maggioranza ed opposizione sostenute a cui si รจ aggiunta la solidarieta’ dei “Consigli degli Studenti”, cosi’ come di diversi Ordini Professionali, di tutt’Italia, hanno portato piu’ volte a ridiscutere il problema in parlamento, o ad infilarlo in qualche milleproroghe, consentendo a migliaia di studenti di abilitarsi secondo le regole attinenti al loro percorso di studi.
Il prossimo rinvio scadra’ a Dicembre del 2010, ed ancora una volta il Movimento Nazionale DPR328 ha avviato una petizione, attualmente in corso, per chiedere la definitiva esclusione degli studenti Vecchio Ordinamento, dalle modifiche previste dal DPR in questione.

I moduli da firmare sono reperibili in molti spazi universitari gestiti dagli studenti, negli atenei di tutt’Italia. Ma ancora piu’ importante e’ che ciascuno si mobiliti nella raccolta.
La petizione puo’ essere firmata da qualsiasi cittadino maggiorenne; ogni modulo contiene 20 firme e puo’ pertanto essere facilmente riempito, contattando amici e parenti.
