The delegation of the unions is therefore composed of equal dignity to the RSU (if present) and representatives of the signatories of the national unions.

majority expresses its will, or as permitted by regulation. The school is 3 or at most 6 components, the problem of the definition of MSW in the decisions do not usually present major difficulties.

The provincial secretary of the union can be replaced by a delegate, in some situations, the delegate is chosen to balance the representation inside the MSW. For example
a RSU formed exclusively by teachers could be supported by an ATA delegate or vice versa.
